    With over eating the biggest problem facing people in developed Gaia’s Protocol Review countries, stick with natural un-processed foods and eat as much as you like. We are told at a young age to eat everything on our plates as there are kids in Africa starving. Well guess what, when you get older you eat everything on your plates and more! The only difference is we don't prepare it ourselves and we fall into the trap of eating high fat and high sugar processed foods for convenience. If you can, try to eat organic meats, fish, vegetables, fruits and nuts. This is not essential if you keep it simple and try to buy fresh produce regularly. Avoid alcohol, dairy, grains and refined sugar for a month and you will be amazed with your results!
