It is no exaggeration to say that people today are being assaulted by stress. However, stress is hardly known to everyone though over millions individual all over the world experiencing stress related problem.Stressful condition maybe moderate in nature, but still disturb our normal functioning in same way like physical illness. The experience of a shocking traumatic event as well as just keeping up with the pressure of daily work and life inevitably puts stress on our mind, body, and spirit. However, symptoms stress when getting to us in some way are not merely an indication of weakness, but rather our early warning system telling us it is time to reduce our stress level before it gets too late.
